Speaking as one
Challenge:
A global agri-food company was concerned about the potential disconnect between its employees and the communication and transparency efforts across departments. They aimed to streamline internal coordination to ensure consistency and coherence in the company’s external communication.
Solution:
We designed an office roadshow to reengage, educate and inform employees about the company’s transparency work. We positioned the global transparency lead as an internal thought leader to promote the company’s transparency commitments. As they could not travel to multiple locations to promote the initiative, we devised an alternative, yet ‘lively’ solution: a life–size cardboard cutout of the leader, set to make its way to company offices around the world. To get employees on board with the initiative, we launched an internal communication campaign and leveraged the company’s social media channels to prompt people to take pictures with the cardboard cutout, share them online, and participate in a company photo contest.
