Her role reinforces our strategic planning, research and analytics capabilities, building on our proprietary tools such as omniearnedID.

She is a communications and branding specialist with over 2 decades of experience in brand building, communication efficiency and insight gathering at both national and international brands. She started her career at Electrabel (Engie), responsible for brand strategy, marketing campaigns and visual identity. Before joining Ketchum, she worked as brand creative planner for clients such as Fluvius, Mars, Levis, SPA and Baloise.

Jeroen oversees the agency’s operations and ensures we have the right capabilities to deliver innovative and high-impact work for clients. He empowers the team to deliver on our mission of delivering work that matters by bringing together the different expertise and client service teams into an integrated communications consultancy.

Jeroen brings 15+ years of experience counselling senior executives across the globe through significant business initiatives such as M&A, restructuring, crisis, and rebranding.

Most recently, Jeroen was the Executive Director of Golin in Hong Kong, leading the firm’s corporate reputation practice. Prior to that, he served as GM for MSL, Executive Director for TBWA in Vietnam, and Communications Director Europe for Campbell’s.​

Meisoon leads Ketchum Brussels’ in-house creative team and is responsible for delivering earned-first creativity to create impact for Ketchum’s clients. She is primarily a storyteller and applies the principles of building strong narratives and emotional connections with the audience to all of the work she does. With over 18 years of experience working in marketing and communications, and with a background in life sciences and journalism, Meisoon understands how to connect B2C and B2B companies with their audience.

Meisoon is an accomplished copywriter and has expertise in audiovisual production. She’s also a Diversity & Inclusion advocate and insists on the celebration of diversity and the strength it brings to creativity and business.

Sergio drives full-service integrated communications for a range of companies spanning the chemicals and manufacturing value chains, from global Fortune 50 to mid-sized companies and European trade associations. He is a trusted advisor with over 20 years of experience in delivering corporate and B2B communications strategies that build brand affinity, reputation, and stakeholder engagement through online and offline channels.

Sergio builds long-lasting collaborations that create meaningful impact and real change, with client relationships that span decades. Previously, he worked at a marketing and communications agency where he led corporate, media, and internal communications programs for the European Commission and the European Aviation Agency.
