Camp Ketchum may be over, but the lessons and memories from Camp are still fresh in everyone’s minds. Following the end of Camp Ketchum, a week-long intensive training for 83 Ketchum employees from all around the world, it immediately started to have clear applications to the campers’ daily work in their home offices and an effect on their colleagues as they imparted their knowledge gleaned from the Camp experience.
Unlike the adage, “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas,” Ketchum aspires to perpetuate the learning experience far beyond the one week campers were convened in Mont Tremblant, Canada. Upon the return to their respective offices, campers were impacted by the Camp experience in areas including their strategic approach to the brainstorming process, their use of narrative elements in new business pitches and their collaborative skills when working in a team setting, to name a few examples.
